Additional information

Once the notices on land recovery are sent to affected households, the center will approach leaseholders. The center staff will provide forms and instructions to the leaseholders for completing their declarations of their land plot sizes, status and inventories on land.
The affected communes will organize meetings with affected households to announce the notice. Following the meetings, the notices will be posted at commune people's committee premises and also announced on local radio.
Once all the declarations are collected, the center will make an appointment with investor to come and discuss and collect copies of the declarations at the center office.
There is a center for land pool development in each district and Quy Nhon City Center for Land Pool Development is just an example in this procedure.
