The unit prices of compensation amounts vary according to positions of the land site. It is more expensive in urban areas and cheaper in rural, then mountainous and remote areas. Please click here for more detailed information on unit prices for land compensation.
Land compensation cost for 10,000 sq.m x VND 250,000 per sq.m = 2.5 billion VND
In addition, investor also needs to pay the administration fee for the compensation work and it is 2% of the total compensation cost. All these payment will be recorded and deducted from the annual land rents.
