Requirements

Application for construction permit (original)
2.
Authenticated copy of land use rights certificate
or a simple copy of the land use right certificate with the presentation of the original for verification.
3.
Detailed construction plans (printed on A1 or A2 sized paper)
(2 original ) which include:
- - Overall construction project plan or overall construction project plans in phases with 1/100 - 1/500 scale;
- - Vertical and cross-sectional planes of each component of the construction works at 1/50 - 1/200 scale;

- - Horizontal planes of each component of the construction works on the land plot at 1/100 - 1/500 scale, and enclosed with the location layout of the construction works;
- - Horizontal plane drawing of the foundation of each construction works at 1/100 - 1/200 scale and cross-sectional planes of each construction works at 1/50 scale, enclosed with the 1/50 - 1/200 scale diagrams of connections of rain water drainage, sewerage, wastewater treatment system, clean water supply, power supply, and telecommunication.
Additional documents are required depending on the location, scope and nature of the construction works in line with construction code and standards or related specialized standards and requirements of related legal regulations.

Endorsed 1/50 - 1/200 scaled fire protection and fighting plans (original)
for construction works listed in the compulsory category for evaluation of fire prevention and fighting plans.
2.
Investor's approval of construction plans (original)
to ensure safety for neighboring constructions and/or buildings if a basement is to be constructed in his/her construction project.
3.
Evaluation results of detailed plans (Simple copy)
issued by relevant public construction management agency in accordance with legal regulations.
4.
Drawings of key weight-bearing structures and composition (original)
signed by and stamped with the individual or organization designer.
5.
Conceptual plan appraisal results (Simple copy)
issued by relevant state agency on construction management in compliant with current regulations.
6.
Investor's approval of construction measures to ensure safety for surrounding works/facilities (original)
for construction works with basement to be built in between other existing construction works
7.
Construction designing competency report (an authentic copy)
or a simple copy with the presentation of the originals for verification. Copies of construction designing professional licenses of designer leaders must be enclosed in the report.
Time frame
The notification of fee for construction permit will be ready when investor comes back for the construction permit.
