Additional information

The compensation, resettlement plan will be finalized as per the Compensation, Resettlement and Recovery Council's conclusion. The Council will then submit the finalized dossier to the related district/provincial people's committee for their approval.

After the meeting, the Council will publicize the plan at public places such as commune people's committee premises for 20 days for the affected landholders review and make inquiries, if any.
