Additional information

At this meeting, the center staff will talk about the land recovery, policies on compensation & resettlement for affected land holder, and provide them with forms and instructions for their declaration of their land plot sizes, status and inventory on land.
Once all the declarations are collected, the center will make an appointment with investor to come and discuss and collect copies of the declarations at the center premises. The investor will have to ask the center to proceed the on-site verification and validation of the declarations. This process which the investor and/or his/her representatives are welcome to join in may take up to 60 days including the 10 days margin for compulsory on-site inventory and verification as stipulated at Article 69.1.d of the Land Law 45/2013/QH13.
