Afterreceiving the complete forms from the investor, the land registration office will forward the dossier to the Provincial Tax Department for calculating the land lease price and title transfer fee. This process may take up to three working days.

Additional information

While the land lease price and fee for land use right transfer are being processed, the office will email the investor a draft copy of the land lease contract for viewing and requesting for clarification and modification, if any. The finalized copy of the contract will be printed and be ready for signing once payment of rent and other land-related levies are made.
