  • (3) Investment capital and duration
  • (4) Area of land needed
  • (5) when the meeting take place
  • (6) where (usually, BD DPI would like to host the meeting at their office; however, investor(s) can offer to host the meeting at his/her own venue, if convenient);
  • (7) for how long, and
  • (8) who will attend, etc.
    • The overall information would be verbally presented to the person in charge at BD DPI; however, it should be followed by a hard copy to ensure the clarity of information given.

It is better to make an appointment by a phone call or an email at least three days prior to your expected meeting.
