There are three different rates of this fee, depending on the land size:
  • 1) VND 500,000 for land size below 10,000 sq.m
  • 2) VND 1,000,000 for land size between 10,000 and 100,000 sq.m, and
  • 3) VND 2,000,000 for land size above 100,000 sq.m.
In this procedure, it is assumed that the land size is 10,000 sq.m and the fee is 1 million VND.

Additional information

After the investor has paid the evaluation fee for issuance of land use right certificate, the Sub-department will forward the Province's approval for land lease to Binh Dinh Province Land Use Right Registration Office, and the investor will collect the approval from the Office.
