a. All overseas-originated documents must be certified by investor's consular, consular-legalized and translated into Vietnamese.
b. Consular-certified copies of certificate of incorporation, certificate of business registration or equivalent documents must be issued less than 3 months at the time of filing the application.
c. An account which is only valid during the processing of the application will be created for investors to check the status of application. The account name and password will be sent to investor's registered email address and investor can log in the National Investment Registration Portal at the following addresses:
