Article 89

Additional information

Prior to the commencement of the actual construction, the investor has to obtain a construction permit as per paragraph 1, Article 89 of Construction Law No 50/2014/QH13.

However, under a number of circumstances as specified at points c, d, đ, e, g, h, i & k of paragraph 2, Article 89 of the same Law, construction permits are not required. Under the circumstances of points b, d, đ & i of the paragraph, investors will have to notify relevant local construction management authorities of the construction commencement date.
