Refer to Appendix 3 of Circular 75/2014/TT-BTC dated 12/06/2014, providing regulations on rates, collection, remittance, management and use of fees for evaluation of construction designing. The rates range between 0.012 and 0.099% of total construction cost estimate. This rate is indirectly proportional to the estimated cost.
