The prices publicized by BEZA are from US$ 16.00 to 18.00 per square meter for 50 years. If the land area needed is one hectare, the land lease contract value would be US$ 16.00 x 10,000 sq. m = US$ 160,000. Investor is expected to make an installment of 20% of the land lease value.

There are 6 infrastructure development companies in Binh Dinh Province. Each of them may have land use rights of one or more industrial zones and has built the infrastructure and obtained approval for 1/500 scale construction planning for these industrial zones. Investor may sub-lease land plots from these infrastructure companies.
Then investor has to obtain an investment certificate before signing the land lease contract.
