Additional information

It is assumed that an environmental protection commitment registration is mandatory in this procedure; however, it is not always the case and an EIA report may be required even if the construction project is less than VND 15 billion. In that case, please refer to the EIA report approval in the above procedure.
Please refer to Decree 29/2011/ND-CP, Appendix II,"list of projects of which environment impact assessment reports are required". Only environment protection commitment is required if your project does not fall into these categories.
