After signing the land lease contract, the investor will be provided with a land rent notification form and a land registration fee form for filling in and handing back to BEZA. These forms will then be forwarded to relevant district level sub-department of tax and the provincial department of natural resources and environment for their processing and notifying the investor of fee and also for issuing the certificate of land use rights.

Notifications of tax and fees for registration of land use rights certificate will be posted to investor once BEZA receives these documents from relevant authorities.
