An enterprise may have a common seal under the provision of Law No. 68/2014/QH13 on Enterprise Article 44, Paragraph 1 The company can decide on the format, content and number of its common seal; however, it is mandatory that the enterprise name and code number must be engraved in eligible characters on the seal.
Prior to any use of the company seal, the enterprise, by law, has to register the seal at the Business Registration Office for public announcement of the seal in the National Business Registration Portal.
