It is assumed that an EIA report is mandatory in this procedure; however, it is not always the case. Please refer to the following attachment to know whether an environmental assessment report is required.for your investment project. Otherwise, only an environment protection commitment plan is needed.

NOTE:
  • 1) More copies of the EIA report may be required if there are more than 7 members in the EIA report evaluation council.
  • 2) The notification of fee for evaluation of EIA report will be posted to investor(s) two or three days afterwards
