Investors may apply for the authentication of official documents in Vietnamese language at any ward or commune people's committee or at any district sub-department of justice regardless of the geographical origin of the document. The picture of Quy Nhon City People's Committee quoted here just serves as an example of a public service administrative entity.
Likewise, there is no limit on the number of authenticated copies of an original document obtainable per authentication application. Please be noticed that one copy of each document shall be kept for archive at the public service office.

In this procedure, it is assumed that 4 authenticated copies of land use right certificate are required for:

• 1) EIA report evaluation application
• 2) Conceptual plan appraisal application, and
• 3) Fire prevention and fighting plan evaluation application, and
• 4) Construction permit application.
