This document must be delivered to the construction designing service provider soon after collecting it from BEZA to allow sufficient time for revising and finalizing the initial sketch plans.

Costs

Cost is only applied if investor outsources the production of construction drawings.

Additional information

After receiving and reviewing the finalized conceptual plans, the investor must produce an approval or evaluation report of the plans and send the whole file of the following documents to BEZA for their review and record purposes.
  • 1) Finalized copy of the conceptual plans
  • 2) Revised technical specifications of the conceptual plans
  • 3) Approval or evaluation report of the conceptual plans
