Additional information

Notes:

a. All overseas-originated documents must be certified by investor's consular, consular-legalized and translated into Vietnamese.
b. Consular-certified copies of certificate of incorporation, certificate of business registration or equivalent documents must be issued less than 3 months at the time of filing the application.
c. If the application is registered online, the investor will be issued with a registration code. The investor then has to submit all the hard copies of application documents to Binh Dinh IPC within 15 days following the online application.
