Additional information
The monthly lease rate varies between VND 4 - 20 million, depending on size and location of the house. An advance payment for at least six month rent is expected.
Investor can sign an office lease contract with an office lessor enterprise. On the other hand, office lease contracts with individual lessors, if any, must be signed with the presence of a public notary. The latter situation is more popular in Binh Dinh.
