Additional information
Investors may apply for the authentication of official documents in Vietnamese language at any ward or commune people's committee or at any district sub-department of justice regardless of the geographical origin of the document. There are 11 district sub-departments of justice and 159 ward/commune people's committees. The picture of Quy Nhon City People's Committee quoted here just serves as an example of a public service administrative entity.
Likewise, there is no limit on the number of authenticated copies of an original document obtainable per authentication application. Please be noticed that one copy of each document shall be kept for archive at the public service office.
In this procedure, it is assumed that 4 authenticated copies of investment intent approval are required for application for investment certificate.
