in accordance with Appendix II-1, Circular 01/2013/TT-BKHDT for:change of:

Consular legalization procedure in compliant with Decree 111/2011/ND-CP dated 05/12/2011 by the Government on consular certification and legalization is applied for documents issued outside Viet Nam; otherwise, just authenticated copies are required.
