A branch or representative office may have a seal under the provision of Law No. 68/2014/QH13 on Enterprise Article 44, Paragraph 1 The company can decide on the format, content and number of its seal; however, it is mandatory that the branch name and code number must be engraved in eligible characters on the seal.
Prior to any use of the branch/representative office seal, the office, by law, has to register the seal at the Business Registration Office for public announcement of the seal in the National Business Registration Portal.
