The Binh Dinh eRegulations system is an online database designed to bring total transparency to foreign investment procedures in Binh Dinh. It is brought to you by the Foreign Investment Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam in co-operation with Binh Dinh People's Committee.

Information is collected by Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Centre (IPC), and Binh Dinh Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) under the the overall guidance of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee. It describes the actual practice and shows all legal justifications. You can report to us any incorrect information or any misconduct through the “report incorrect information” button which appears in each step file.

Amendment of investment certificate, company re-registration and conversion
Procedures are detailed step-by-step, from the user's point of view.
